What:
This event is focused on "betweeners"; 4-H members ages 12-14. Participants experience the feel of a "conference", while enjoying the "camp" activities at Rock Springs 4-H Center. Campference features workshops about opportunities in the 4-H program; activities to energize youth while learning leadership skills, and how to better interact with others.

Participate in a family weekend of rock, mineral and fossil collecting and study a specific geologic area of Kansas. Two simultaneous trips are held each year in opposite parts of the state. Check your geology knowledge via a judging contest and fun quiz.

Photo Adventure Camp 2012

What: State Photo Adventure Camp Experience
Photo Adventure Camp is designed to stretch skills and inspire creativity. From the basics of composition and lighting to new skills and techniques, youth ages 13-15 will be immersed inall aspects of photography. Campers will learn how to shoot in a variety of situations and settings as sell as learn tips and tricks from a variety of instructors with a variety of backgrounds.
Who: Boys & Girls age 13 before camp.
