4-H is a community of young people across Kansas engaged in learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. Caring adults that support our programs are essential for youth to achieve their potential based on the guidance, respect, skills, knowledge and wisdom adults can share. 4-H is a nationwide program. Each of the four H's of the clover represent ways youth can grow and develop.

If a minimum number of people do not register, the meeting will be canceled and the people who have registered will be notified by phone & email. Cancellation notice will be posted on the Finney Co. Extension website. Also a cancellation notice will be posted on the front door, for those that do not RSVP/Register. RSVP & Registrations are needed so we know how many will be participating. This helps us with facility setting-up, materials and supplies needed.
Events/Activity/Workshop/Meetings with FEES: Registration will be valid when the FEE is received by the deadline date. If materials/supplies/hospitality are needed, those that have paid by registration deadline will receive event materials. If person registering needs to bring supplies, they will be receive a list of supplies when FEE is paid.
This guideline helps the faciliator(s) / presenter(s) to know how many participants to provide for, when purchasing and preparing materials, supplies and hospitality. Please notify the Extension Office at 272-3670 if special arrangements or dietary needs to be made. The educational programs are provided in a safe, comfortable environment for the participants.
